Today I have created for you a 12x12 layout using the UNder The Sea Paper collections and the featured Flowers are from the Small Wild Rose collection. I absolutely adore the Wild Rose! There are so many possibilities for shaping these flowers, but the Shaping Molds makes it so easy! I used 2 papers from the Under The Sea Paper collections and fussy cut the title banner out of one of the papers. I layered the papers on corrugated cardboard, and distressed the edges to have some of the cardboard show. It reminded me of drift wood you would find at the beach.

Here is closeup of the flowers. I added some gorgeous sparkle using Rajni Chawla's Crystal Clear to the flowers and leaves. And the yellow Stamen were enhanced using some yellow Flower Soft I had in my stash. I dipped the tips of the stamen in gue, then the flower soft.

Sometimes all you need is 1 Leafy Accents vine with a couple of flowers for a fill in. I love how the Shaping Molds add such beautiful dimension to the vine. Just a spritz of water to the die cut, place it in the shaping mold and I run it through my Big Shot. Easy as that for dimensional leaves.

Tucking the different Leafy Accent designs under the flowers created a beautiful floral cluster. I love how they cascade over and down the corner of the photo. I few strategically placed yellow butterflis finishes the layout.

49 and Market Beach themed Mini Album

Hello Lovelies!  I have created a mini album using the beautiful 6x8 Seaside Shipwreck Collection pack. The Collection comes complete with papers and fabulous laser cuts that I used throughout the album. The smaller laser cuts were the perfect size for my 4x6 mini album. The cover has a shaker dome that I filled with some of the tiny laser cuts, beads and silver microbeads. There is a crab, a starfish and a seashell under the dome! I used an awesome camera die set to create my mini. The die is created by Crealies. It was the perfect size, and I was able to create a lot of pages with the 6x8 papers. The beautiful flowers are the Sugar Posies in Tutti Frutti. I used elements from the Underwater Layered Embellishment Set to tuck in spots on the rest of the cover.

Here is a closeup of the shaker dome I used on the cover. You can see the many pages which also have flipouts, and waterfall pages. There is a lot of room for small photos and journaling inside the mini. I had a lot of fun adorning many of the pages. I chose a coordinating base cardstock for each page, then topped them with the papers from collection pack.

I created the spine using the burlap and the Lacy Trim, and created a tassel by tying the 5 ply jute around the spine, tying a barrel knot on top, and taking apart the braided sections below the knot. I then strung beads and charms from each individual string. The back of the mini was adorned using elements from the Underwater Layered Embellishment Set. I absolutely adore the beachy theme of this mini.

I love to make the dangles for the books and mini albums I create. I strung lots of Sea themed beads through the jute, and tied a barrel knot on the top.

Another view of the beaded dangle.

On the inside I have flip pages. some flip open once, and other flip open 3 times. I embellished some of the pages with the smaller laser cuts in the 6x6 paper pack. The size is perfect for this smaller album.

Even though there were a lot of pretty designs on the papers, I still embellished them with the little laser cuts in the 6x6 paper pack. I just loved them all! Creating the little scenes was fun!

Here is another page that flips out. I simply adore the art on these pages. The colors are so beautiful!!

This one opens 3 times. There is plenty of room for photos as well as journaling.

This is another closeup of the Tim Holtz dome I used to hold the tiny laser cuts from the 6x6 paper packs. I added a crab, a starfish and a shell, then poured in some beads and microbeads.

Thank you for joining me today. I hope you were inspired to create a mini album of your own. The smaller paper packs are perfect to create these types of projects.

"My little Petunia" 49 and Market Vintage Artistry in Lilac...

Hello Beautiful People!!! Today I bring you a layout created with the gorgeous Vintage Artistry in Lilac from 49 and Market. I can't tell you how gorgeous each and every page, and all of the embellies are. I had so much creative fun just layering all of the elements, then tucking in the flowers, dragonfly  and butterflies.
This mini collection is a must have. The laser Cut Sheets in the Mini collection are awesome! So many embellishments to choose from.

I added a cluster to the side of the layout. I took one of the paper designs from the Ephemera pack and die cut a tag, and put some jute cord through the eyelet. Even bits and pieces were used to tuck in the layers. No piece of paper is ever wasted!

I machine sewed the photo to a piece of paper from the Ephemera stack. I used some of the beautiful  Washi tape to tape it down to the layers underneath. I simply adore the purple flowers from the laser cuts. It is almost the star of the layout. I just love all of the purple and lilac. It is my favorite color.

I machine stitched around the whole layout, and then did some machine stitching on the different paper layers. If you look closely at the eyelet lace paper laser cut, I tucked the throw away edge of the 12x12 paper behind it. I love that 49 and Market uses this piece of paper. Even if I don't use it right away, I save them all! They make a great filler!.

Oh my, the line of Sugar Posies are the sweetest flowers! Just look at the color I used. Huckleberry. They are the perfect shade of purples  lilac. The larger flowers are  Wildflowers in Punch. The pink offset the purple in the layout.

Thank you for joining me today. I hope  that you were inspired to create your own magic.
