Heartfelt Creations Wednesday featuring Swirlydoos...

My Glitz Challenge Layout.
Happy Heartfelt Creations week!! We are one week away from the new reveal of beautiful stamps and dies!!. So don't forget to tune in on May 10th. Head on over to the Heartfelt Creations blog to see this weeks DT Creations as well as a sneak of the new stamps.
This week I used the Swirlydoos May kit to showcase Heartfelt Creations stamps. The Swirlydoos May kit will reveal tomorrow May 5th. Consider this a sneak peek!!

The bird cage is Dusty Attic that was in the main kit. It was altered with Smooch paint and strung with the May Arts ribbon also in the kit.
The flowers were created with the Flora Grande stamps and die cut with the coordinating Spellbinders Blossoms 3 die, I could have used a darker ink for the stamping, but in real life, the subtle color looks wonderful. Below, you will find the instructions for creating this LO. And don't forget Swirlydoos reveal day is tomorrow!!
Products Used on This Project

HCPC 3374 Flora Grande 2 PreCut Set
Spellbinders Blossoms3 Nestabilities
HCPC 3382 Magnificent Cardinal Rose PreCut Set

Other: Fiskars edge punch Dusty Attic Chipboard Smooch paint McGill starburst punch KaiserKraft rhinestones May Arts Ribbon Chipboard Glitz paper Prima Mask Colorbox Chalk Ink Ranger Stickles Sizzix leaf die

Inked the mask on opposite corners of the 9 x 9 patterned paper and stamped the Cardinal Rose stamp to one side slightly under the inked masked corner. Matted the patterned paper onto a 12 x 12 piece of solid card stock and sewed around the page 2 times. . Matted the photo with decorative edge punch strips and adhered it over a decorative page book paper angling the book page slightly. Adhered to middle of LO. Fussy cut the roses from patterned paper and used Paprika Stickles to outline petals. . Die cut and stamped the Flora Grande flowers in both sizes, 2 - 3 flowers were done for each flower. Cut the flowers in between the petal and wet distress them wrinkling slightly. Layered them and placed a punched Starburst in the middle of each flower, then added a rhinestone to middle. Die cut a few of the small leaf clusters and arranged the leaves, flowers and fussy cut flowers to one corner. Painted the birdcage chipboard with smooch paint. and attached a ribbon and bow on top. Inked the small frame chip board and attached a flower and leafy vine as well as the letter G chipboard. Used tiny letter stickers to finish the name. Printed up some butterflies and adhered them randomly throughout t
