It's the 1st day of June..Good Sunday Morning to you!!! (Monday if you are in Australia!!) Today, I have the pleasure to introduce to you a gorgeous brand spankin new color set from
Lindy's Stamp Gang. and it is no surprise that it was created by my very talented dear friend
Limor Webber!!!! The colors remind me of when I was a little girl at the fair, and trying to pick my favorite flavor of ices or Gelato...oh the colors made me want them all!!! I always went for the Orange Creamsicle. So Yummy!! Yummy as the colors in the new set.
"Under The Boardwalk" Flat Fabio Spray Set will surely become one of your favorites!
This is the layout I created using the Under The Boardwalk. I started with a blank piece of textured white card stock that I mounted to a piece of cardboard using Mod Podge. To create the design on the background, I used
Blue Fern Studios Turkish Panel, laid it on the card stock and sprayed it using "tilt-a-wheel teal" in random places. I removed the panel, saved some of the pop out pieces, then sprayed the paper a little more. I also used a bit of "merry-go-round green" in random spots.
There is wonderful fine art photographer named
Carolyn Chochrane and she has a wonderful
Etsy Shop where I purchased a few fine art prints. I resized this one for my layout. The photo is named
My Home is The Sea. The colors were perfect for this layout. I placed a piece of cardboard under the photo that I primed with gesso and sprayed with tilt a wheel teal and merry go round green.
The Blue Fern Studios Grande Cages and heat embossed them with Orange Dreamsicle embossing powder. I coated and heat embossed them twice for extra texture. I saved the pop outs from the chipboard panel I used and painted them with white crackle paint. After they dried, I sprayed them with "tilt-a-wheel teal" and "merry-go-round green" and set them aside to dry. Once my layout was all put together, I placed them on the background in random spots.
I created all of the flowers and leaves using some of my various dies and white cardstock. I used "raspberry lemonade", "pop-rock-purple" and "orange creamsicle" for the flowers, then merry-go-round green for the leaves.
Just another closeup of the flowers.
