I chose to create a card shaped like a tag.I created a hinge on the top of card. And cut out a rectangle and layered it on the card with a piece of corrugated cardboard underneath for layering. I created the Small Wild Roses using 3 different inks. I added the stamen then made them sparkle with Crystal Clear. I did the same for the leaves.
On the top of the card, I punched 2 holes and added wide eyelets. I chose a pretty ribbon to string through the holes and tied a sweet little bow to match the flowers. I love the larger Stamen, because you only need a few for the bigger flowers, and the smaller flowers only require 1. They matched the flowers perfectly.
For the sentiment of the card, I chose to use the Just For You sentiments stamp. I took 2 different sized circle punches and punched out each stamped sentiment. I then added a piece of thick chipboard in between the 2 circles and layered them. They fit perfectly! I adhered the sentiment to the card, and positioned the leaves si they wouldn't obstruct the sentiment.
This is just a frontal view of the card. I absolutely wanted a sunny happy feeling, and the yellow did the trick! With a bit of orange for depth, I think the colors turned out beautifully.
