This photo's on this first layout are of my daughter in uniform and a close up of her present Chef Coat. She loves her job at Jack's Place in Orlando. She is proud of what she does and wears an invisible crown while she works. And there is always a smile on her face as she is happy when she works...
The smaller flowers were created with Spellbinders Rose Creations die and colored with Lindy's Moonshadow mist. I topped them with the sweet Prima Roses. The banner was cut out free hand and glued to a lightweight jute.
Here is a closeup of the cluster. The smaller pink rose was created using Spellbinders Bitty Blossoms die. The leaves are also part of the set. Die cut and colored with Glimmer mist in Olive Vine. My all time fave green color for leaves. I hope they never stop making this color!!
The beautiful trinkets from Prima are just so sweet. I used one to dangle from my flower cluster.
Just another closeup of my framed photo, banner and flowers. I colored the little Wilton doilies (not in the kit) with the same color as the flowers.
This is going to be The Anatomy Of A Layout. Step by step instructions are posted in the forums for this LO. It will also include a quick tutorial for the flowers.
Just a closeup of the flowers. They were die cut from A Heartfelt Creations die made by Spellbinders. The name is Tattered Blossoms. The stamp that goes to the die by Heartfelt Creations is also beautiful, but I opted not to stamp the flowers this time.
This next layout is a picture of my daughter when she was really little...She manages to climb up this chair by herself. She was always my little adventure seeker.
I created the roses with Sizzix Tattered Pinecone die. It makes the cutest quickest roses. The leaves were stamped using Heartfelt Creations Leafy Swirls die (retired). Then they were colored with Glimmer Mist in Olive Vine.
Just another closeup of some of the different leaves I die cut from the excess paper I cut out from behind the blue card stock strip in the middle of this LO. The butterflies can be found in the tutorials section at Swirlydoos. I always create a butterfly file to match each kit.
